Why we do not mention project names

Discretion is standard in the luxury segment. Many of our clients - whether private developers, family offices or hoteliers - value confidentiality. We therefore do not show names or photos of completed projects.

Instead, we let our way of working and the results speak for themselves: perfection in execution, transparency in the process and noticeable relief for our clients.

Why are there no project photos on your website?

We work in the luxury segment, often with private clients, prominent personalities or exclusive hotels. Discretion is essential for these clients. We therefore deliberately refrain from publishing specific references. Instead, you can rest assured that our way of working - meticulous, independent and enriching - is reflected in every project. We are happy to provide you with anonymized insights into our experience in personal discussions.

Our focus is on Munich and southern Germany, but we manage projects throughout Germany. Whether renovating an old building in Hamburg, a luxury apartment in Frankfurt or a hotel renovation in Berlin - our processes are structured in such a way that we can ensure the highest quality everywhere.

Yes - the decisive factor is not the size, but the requirements. Even a 150 m² apartment in an old building can be more complex than an entire hotel project. If perfection, structure and transparency are required, we are the right fit for your project.

The duration depends heavily on the scope and initial condition. An apartment can be completed in just a few months, while a comprehensive hotel renovation can take over a year. The important thing is that we structure the process so that you know where your project stands at all times and deadlines can be realistically met.

A general contractor works with fixed prices and, above all, optimizes its own margin. We work independently, with flat-rate fees, and exclusively represent the interests of our clients. This means: neutral advice on materials, transparent costs and the aim of achieving the best result for the client.
