How does an initial consultation work?
In an initial meeting - by phone, digitally or in person - we take the time to understand your situation and goals. We clarify which project phase you are in: From the initial ideas to ongoing implementation. We then give you a clear assessment of how BAUMEISTERWERK can support you. The result is not a non-binding "maybe", but a clear roadmap for the next steps.
What documents should I have ready for the initial consultation?
The more information we have, the more precise our advice can be. Floor plans, initial plans from interior designers, an overview of the desired rooms or hotel areas and a rough schedule are helpful. But don't worry: even if you are just starting out, a conversation about your ideas, wishes and goals is enough - we will guide you through the entire process.
Is there a charge for the initial consultation?
No. The first meeting is free of charge and non-binding for you. It serves to get to know each other and to check whether the collaboration suits both sides. Only then will we discuss an individual fee agreement.
Do you only work in Munich?
We are active throughout Germany - with a focus on Munich and southern Germany. However, we also manage many of our projects in other regions, often on the recommendation of interior designers or satisfied customers. Thanks to digital processes and clear structures, we are flexible and can be deployed anywhere.
What happens after the initial consultation?
If possible, our discussion will be followed by an inspection of the location of the conversion project. Immediately afterwards, you will receive a clear assessment from us and - if desired - an individual offer. This is based on a flat fee so that you have full cost transparency right from the start. Together, we define the starting point of the collaboration and determine which services you require - from consulting in the early planning phase through to full project management.
