What you should know before the first call.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. The first call is free and unbinding. It typically lasts 30 to 45 minutes and is meant for mutual orientation — we listen, ask questions, give a first assessment. Only when both sides see a project do we make a concrete proposal.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
To messages via the contact form and email, typically within one business day. To WhatsApp messages often faster, frequently the same day. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest channel.
What should I prepare for the first call?
Ideally bring: location and type of property, approximate square metres, a rough sense of the construction budget, time horizon, whether an interior architect or architect is already involved, and which aspects matter most to you personally. Plans or photos are welcome but not required.
Is the first call binding?
No. Explicitly unbinding. We see the first call as an investment in a possible engagement — not every conversation needs to lead to a contract. If we don't fit each other, we say so openly.
Does the first call happen in person or by video?
Both possible. In Munich, we recommend an in-person meeting — at your place, at ours, or at a neutral location. For clients outside Munich (Tuscany, Balearic Islands, planned relocation), the first call typically runs by video.
Will the conversation stay confidential?
Of course. Discretion is standard in the premium segment, and a precondition of the kind of relationship we maintain with our clients. What we discuss stays between us — even if no engagement comes of it.
